Normally if you tried this on an old oxidized red paint job the color would fade back to it's original dull, faded look within weeks. After cut polishing and wet sanding this Mustang we applied the X-kote Paint Restoration which brought back it's original shine, filled in any scratches. I had a customer ask me this question;
