Product

All truck liners are almost the same, but not exactly...
The most important and most expensive part of a truck liner itself is the Polyurea. Polyurea is what gives your spray on bed liner it's strength, flexibility and UV resistance.  Armaguard has more Polyurea than any other spray in truck liner on the market today. Another property of Polyurea is it`s ability to stretch up to 500% and achieve strengths of 6000psi.  Because of Armaguards high Polyurea content the liner can stretch up to 200% before it breaks or cracks, making it both the most flexible and strongest liner on the market.  Compare this to most competitors who`s product can only withstand a maximum stretching of only 50%. This gives Armaguard the ability above all others to withstand extreme temperatures, flexing and impacts without damage.

Equipment:

The final piece of the puzzle is high quality equipment. Many truck bed liners can be rolled on or sprayed at low pressure. If this is done, they simply will never have the strength of a product which is applied at high pressure.

Armaguard Spray-On Liners are applied at 2200 PSI! The resin and activator are pre-heated to nearly 200F. The two are kept separate and heated throughout the pump and lines until they reach the spray gun. At this point the two are mixed and instantaneously react with one another, beginning the rock solid curing process which takes only 3 seconds!

The second the product touches the bed of your truck it has adhered and cured and is virtually impossible to remove.
Any truck liner applied any other way will never have the strength.

Our application procedure of quality bed liners has been refined over the years and includes the following step-by-step process:

• The bed is wiped down with wax and grease remover to clean any substances that may stop the liner from adhering.
• The tailgate and hardware such as tie downs and tailgate bolts are removed (where possible).
• A special “wire cutting” tape is applied to all edges where the liner will be trimmed.
• Paper and plastic film are used to mask all areas of the truck that are not to be sprayed.
• All surfaces to be sprayed are power sanded to ensure permanent adhesion.
• The edges are hand sanded to avoid damaging the paint beyond the truck liner.
• All the dust from sanding is blown off the bed.
• The liner is sprayed into the bed and onto the tailgate by a trained technician.
• The liner is thoroughly inspected before the masking is removed.
• The edge wires are pulled up through the coating to produce clean edges.
• The rest of the masking is removed.
• All hardware and the tailgate are replaced.
