Splashes Wash Lodge ("Splashes") warrants that all Auto Glass repair and replacement work that they have performed meets the Safe, Proper Repair and Replacement standards outlined in the Glass Repair Program Guide provided by ICBC.

This warranty will apply as long as you remain the registered owner of the vehicle, and covers workmanship completed by Splashes and any parts installed by Splashes for as long as the parts supplier specifies that the parts are covered. Once you transfer the registration of the vehicle to another person, the warranty will automatically expire.

This warranty DOES NOT cover any damage or disrepair caused by or resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, and/or care of the vehicle.

This warranty provides Splashes an opportunity, with the customer's consent, to correct substandard glass replacements promptly, absent extraordinary circumstances.

Alternatively, in situations where extenuating circumstances exist, Splashes can arrange to have work corrected at a secondary Program facility with the customer's authorization. A written agreement is required between the secondary Participant and the original Participant regarding the terms of the Warranty and the corrective work required. Splashes is responsible for resolving workmanship issues involving a secondary Program facility contracted by Splashes.
