- In-app Wallet & Single Washes
- The balance in your in-app wallet and single washes should be viewed similarly to funds on a gift card, meaning it cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- If we cannot provide the service you purchased or if you are genuinely unsatisfied and a rewash is not possible, you will be given credits of equal value to your mobile wallet.
- If you suspect a duplicate or fraudulent purchase on your account, we may ask for further proof before refunding the original payment method within 30 days.
